Data collected: When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, the lesson type you select, and any information you choose to include in your message. We do not collect any special categories of data, and the site performs no profiling or automated decision-making.
Purposes & legal basis: (a) To reply to your enquiry and take any steps you request before a possible lesson booking — legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures taken at your request). (b) Only if you tick the consent box, to send you further information about lessons, availability or offers — legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent), which you may withdraw at any time.
Data retention: Your data is kept for a maximum of 24 months from our last contact, unless an ongoing relationship or a legal obligation requires a longer period. You may request earlier erasure at any time.
Recipients & international transfers: Contact-form submissions are processed on our behalf by Formspree (USA). The website is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, USA), whose servers may log technical connection data such as IP addresses. As these providers are based in the United States, any transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards — the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Your data is never sold or shared for third-party marketing.
Your rights: You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and the right to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand. To exercise any of these rights, email info@valeatis.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali — www.garanteprivacy.it).
Cookies & tracking: This website loads no third-party resources on page load — fonts are self-hosted and there is no analytics, advertising, profiling or social-media tracking. Only technical cookies strictly necessary for the site to function may be used. Under the Italian Garante's cookie guidelines (10 June 2021) no consent banner is therefore required. Formspree is contacted only at the moment you submit the form, as described above.
